Limo Station Terms and Conditions


Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold TEXAS COAST LIMOUSINE SERVICE, LLC harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising from and resulting from the rental and use of the premises.

Site Decoration

  • TEXAS COAST LIMOUSINE SERVICE, LLC  wants to make every event here a unique experience. Therefore, every effort will be made to allow the renter to prepare decorations that reflect their creative requirements.

  • No nails, screws, tape, staples, or penetrating items will be used on our walls, floors, tables, chairs, or venue decor.

  • Any damage will be charged after your event.


  • The building will be clean before your event.

  • You must return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found.

  • All tables and chairs are required to be left in the original setup.

  • All personal belongings must be removed following your event.

  • Wine glasses used are to be washed and put back.

  • Lights turned off

  • Inside A /C set to 75 degree

  • Trash must be removed and put in trash bins outside

City, County, State and Federal Laws

  • The renter agrees to comply with all applicable City, County, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises.

  • This is a drug-free facility.

  • The renter shall not sell alcohol on the premises at any time.

  • The renter may not serve alcohol to minors at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • The renter agrees to ensure alcoholic behavior.

  • The renter may not serve alcohol to minors at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • The renter agrees to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed responsibly.

  • TEXAS COAST LIMOUSINE SERVICE, LLC reserves the right to expel anyone who, in its judgment, is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of TEXAS COAST LIMOUSINE, LLC or the safety of its staff, guests or building contents.


  • No drug use or smoking is tolerated inside the building, the patio area, or the airstream bar.

  • Disparaging remarks or physical violence will not be tolerated and will cause immediate withdrawal.

  • Renter and guests shall always use the premises in a considerate manner.

  • Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of TEXAS COAST LIMOUSINE SERVICE, LLC staff shall be grounds for immediate dismissal from the premises and conclusion of the rental period.

  • In such cases, NO refund of the event costs shall be made.


  • Kitchen area to be used for warming and preparation.

  • Actual cooking is not allowed due to City Regulations.

Live Music, DJs Noise, Security

  • Security is required over 75-person occupancy @ a rate of $35.00 per hour per officer, and two officers are required if alcohol is consumed. 

  • TEXAS COAST LIMOUSINE SERVICE, LLC encourages music and dancing.  However, please be aware that the premises are located near residential units, so neighborhood noise regulations apply.

  • If the renter’s event creates a disturbance due to high noise, you will be asked to reduce the volume. If the problem persists, the renter and guests will be asked to leave the premises, and no event cost will be refunded to the renter.

Lost and Found

  • TEXAS COAST LIMOUSINE SERVICE, LLC takes no responsibility for personal items left on premises during or after any event.

  • However, we maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items for 30 days.

  • Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner.

Additional Cost

  • Propane use is an additional charge.

  • Use of the outdoor bar requires the use and payment for one of our bartenders/hour

Refund Policy

  • $300 cancellation fee if the run is canceled after the 24-hour grace period from when booking.

  • Required to pay the minimum hours if the job is canceled with less than 25 days' notice.

  • Required to pay full price if the job is canceled in less than days' notice.

  • No cash refunds are permitted for any circumstance, although a store credit can and will be considered for specific situations.

  • Reservation date may be changed for an additional deposit on top of the original paid deposit; this must take place at least 25 days before your reservation, or a date change will not be an option.
