Become a Vendor 

This expo will be opened to all vendors in the Wedding Industry of all sorts. Each Booth starts at $100.00 depending on location and size (you can find pricing and location on our map in the form). There will be a runway show at 3:00 PM which will is $75.00 to be entered and for the use of the runway which gives you 25 minutes of showtime, Large dressing area behind stage, and an advantage over other vendors as there will only be 4 runway spots available. Vendors entered in the Runway show can also provide a playlist for the show and it will be played by our dj. Vendors will be allowed into the civic center no earlier than 9:00 AM, to allow us time to mark the booths that morning. The expo will be from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We ask all vendors to please not take down their booths until 4:00 PM. There will be electrical around the civic center and from ceiling for the middle booths for those vendors needing power. All vendors are responsible for their own back drops, table cloths, electrical cords, and other items needed for the expo. Booths only come with tables and chairs. We have yard signs at our office for vendor pickup. Our address is 108 West Norris St. El Campo, TX 77437. Payments are nonrefundable. If you are a Vendor that will provide or be selling Alcohol you must have a OWNER OF PROPERTY AUTHORIZATION LETTER Dated, Signed and Approved before the event
