Terms of Service


  1. A $200 deposit is required to book the limousines/bus.

  2. All reservations must be paid in full 14 days before the event.

  3. A fee of $50 will be charged for all returned checks.

  4. On Limousine/bus rentals, be sure to allow enough time for your occasion. In some cases, another event will be booked after yours is scheduled to end. If you think you might need more time, consider this at the time of booking and allow yourself enough time. Keep in mind: Our car drives slower than yours.

  5. Texas Coast Limousine is not responsible for any delays before or during the renter's reserved time caused by excessive traffic conditions, weather, or automobile accidents caused by others or situations out of our control, and a refund will not be issued.

  6. Time starts when the limousine/bus leaves our facility and stops when it returns. You must include our drive time in your itinerary.

  7. Texas Coast Limousine Services, LLC reserves the right to add or change a fuel surcharge up to the rental date due to economic fluctuation.

Cleaning Fee

  1. There will be a minimum $100 clean-up fee for any cleaning beyond normal and could exceed there depending on severity. This would include larger spills, excessive trash, or dirt and mud.

  2. Return Limo/Bus in the same condition as when received it

Limousine/Bus Arrival and Location

  1. If the arrival of the car is a surprise, please be sure to indicate it is a surprise at the time of booking

  2. Be sure to give very detailed directions and a map of where the limo/bus needs to go.

  3. If you want the limo parked at a particular place, at a church, reception facility, etc. Please make sure that a space is reserved.


  1. Make sure nothing is left in the car at the end of your event. This is your responsibility, and we will not be responsible for anything left behind.

  2. Decorating the car with any window paint is not allowed. 

  3. You are financially responsible for any physical damage done to the vehicle by you or your guests.

  4. In the sole judgement of the driver, the driver determines if the behavior of you or your guests is out of control, unsafe, illegal, dangerous, or irresponsible to the property. They may terminate the run and order all occupants out of the car.

  5. Smoking in the car is prohibited. The driver will gladly pull over for you if you request so you an smoke outside the car. 

  6. Under-age drinking is strictly prohibited. If this occurs, the ride will be terminated immediately, and no refund will  be given.

  7. Possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone is prohibited in the car. If the driver observes drugs, they will pull the car off the road, and you and your guests must exist the car. in this event, no refunds will be given. 

  8. The driver's responsibility is to transport you safely and to safeguard the car. The car is never to be left unattended.

Refund Policy

  1. $200 cancellation fee if the run is cancelled after the 24 hour grace period from when booking.

  2. Required to pay the minimum hours if the job is canceled in less than 14 days notice.

  3. Require to pay full price if the job is cancelled in less than 7 days notice

  4. No cash refunds are permitted for any circumstance, although a store credit can and will be considered for specific situations.

  5. Reservation date may be change for an additional deposit on top of the original paid deposit, this must take place at least 14 days before your reservation or a date change will not be an option.

$50 Insurance Policy

  1. Insurance policy secures extra time due to delays without extra charges. 

  2. All Insurance policies are non-refundable.

  3. Insurance policies may only be used for airport rentals.

  4. If one elects not to purchase the insurance policy, flight delay hours can and will be charged in full even if the delays are non-voluntary.

  5. Insurance must be purchased before the rental date and time.
